Submit a completely filled-up Online Accreditation Form
Attach soft copies of all Basic Requirements (jpeg files)
STEP 2 TRAINING
Attend the 1-Day Accreditation and Project Knowledge Seminar.
Submission of Complete Requirements:
- NBI Clearance/Police Clearance
- DTI Registration (Sole Proprietorship)
- SEC Registration (Partnership/Corporation)
- Photocopy of Professional Tax Receipt (PTR)
Monthly Schedule: Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
STEP 3 SIGNING OF SALES AGREEMENT
Signing of Sales Agreement (only after Steps 1 & 2 are satisfied).
